So cliche

Ok ok I know that everybody and their mother makes new years resolutions but I'm going to go ahead and make one too.
This year I will:
1. Get to goal weight. I don't know what that weight is right now but probably somewhere around 135. I figure I will know when I get there
2. I will finish turbo fire, do p90x, brazil butt lift, Chalean extreme and some hybrid of  two of those
3. I will start to devote a good chunk of my time to paying it forward, to help others be healthy and reach their fitness goals. So many people have inspired me along my way that it's only fair for me to do the same.
4. I will keep up with this blog, making at least weekly posts. Even if it's just to log my weight and stats
5. To get to or below 18% body fat. In 2012 I went from 38% to 28% so another 10% seemed good.
6. Sell my dang house and finally get my family all living in Madison.
7. To become a beach body coach and hopefully to do so well on a program to get my picture in the infomercial!

Reading through those things I'm actually most excited about number three. It makes me really happy whenever someone reads my Facebook posts and wants to start a workout program too.

2012 in recap
Went from 203 to 157
Went from 38% body fat to 28%
Quit my horrible job and got a new one where I am respected and treated like a human being!
Watched my little baby turn into a smart and funny little toddler.
