SCALE OCD

I almost let that stupid scale get me down!!!
In the past, this has ALWAYS been my downfall
I weigh myself each morning - This is probably already too much
I was excited, down another pound!!

I get home from work and what do i do? Weigh myself again. 
Moron
My motivation lags, I start to feel down. 
I know 100% that there's NO way to truly gain 2 lbs in a day, not the way i eat.  That would have to be 7000 calories OVER the 2000 I get in a day. 
I can assure you that I did not consume 9000 calories today
So I forged ahead, went to my personal training appointment and had an idea!
Today is exactly ONE month since I got measured with my personal trainer.
So we took my measurements to see what I had done in 30 days
This is what happened
Waist = -3 inches
Hips = -2.5 inches
Thigh = +1 inch (oh well, must be muscle :) )
Chest = -1 inch
Arm = same
around Belly button  = -3.5 inches

Total = -9 INCHES IN 30 DAYS!!!

I feel re-energized, renewed, re-whatever else... but whatever it is, I feel like this is working and want to remind everyone to only take the scale with a grain of salt.
